Returns and Refunds Policy for Custom Orders

At Etage Interiors, LLC, we take pride in creating custom products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, our return and refund policy has unique terms. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you based on your provided specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Custom orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are not permitted.

  • If you wish to cancel within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@etageinteriors.com

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect custom product due to our error:

  • Notify us within 10 days of receiving the order by contacting hello@etageinteriors.com

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs if applicable.

  • Once we verify the defect or error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Remaking the product

  • Offering a partial or full refund

  • Providing store credit

4. Customer Responsibility for Specifications

Custom orders are made based on the details and specifications you provide. Please ensure all information (e.g., measurements, colors, designs, etc.) is accurate before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees for returned defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

  • Shipping fees for returns not due to our error (if allowed under this policy) are the customer's responsibility.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products with personalized engravings, monograms, or other custom details

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

7. Processing Time for Refunds

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

8. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
